STUDIES OF DEPENDENCY OF FATIGUE OF MAGNETRON CHROME COATING ON ITS MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

Grishkevich A. D.

      ABSTRACT

The literature is analytically reviewed for correlating mechanical and fatigue characteristics of coatings. The basic indices of correlation of fatigue and mechanical characteristics are revealed. Experimental characteristics for fatigue of chrome coating on the working surface from a VT22 titanium alloy are found. The program of the op-timization of mechanical characteristics is developed for decreasing fatigue of functional chrome coating on the products from a high-resistant titanium alloy. The results are useful in developing an ion-plasma technology of functional nanostructurized coatings. Pdf (English)
