NONNUCLEAR ROCKET DETERRENCE FORCES: CHALLENGES OF CREATION AND APPROACHES TO SOLUTION

      The role of nonnuclear missile armament in creation of the deterrent forces for the Armed Forces of Ukraine is highlighted. The results of analysis of the domestic Tactical Missile System (TMS) development are presented. It is shown that one of directions for reduction of the budget expenses on development of the system is to create the TMS for other countries on a commercial basis. The shortcomings of the national legislation affecting implementation of the state defense orders are noted. The approaches to solution of the above problems are presented.
