Complaints Policy

The journal is committed to addressing all complaints promptly and constructively. The Editorial Board and the editorial staff of the Technical Mechanics Journal will review each case according to its nature and complexity. Any decision made will take into account the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Submission of Complaints

Suggestions or complaints should be sent to the journal’s email address: Kodzhespirova.I.F@nas.gov.ua
All submissions will be reviewed within 30 working days. If the complaint is complex, the complainant will be notified if additional time is required to complete the investigation.

Requirements for Complaints

  • Complaints must be clear, concise, and specific.
  • They should include sufficient information to demonstrate any potential breach of publication ethics.
  • Supporting documents or evidence should be provided whenever possible.

Limitations

  • Personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers, or members of the Editorial Board will receive a response explaining why such matters fall outside the journal’s responsibility.
  • The journal will not pursue investigations if complaints are submitted in an offensive, threatening, or defamatory manner.
